New iBATIS Contributors voted in.

Hi everyone,

Congratulations to the following new iBATIS committers, who have been 
successfully voted in by the iBATIS PMC

Sven Boden
Jeff Butler
Nathan Maves
Brice Ruth

We're working to get them Apache accounts and access to all iBATIS 
resources.

They've already been doing a great job with the lists, bugs and general 
suggestions for improvements to the framework. We're excited to have them on 
board.
