[Bug 57200] SXSSF saving fails sometimes as TempFile creation fails

Porting workaround from #57947 here for reference:

mkdir /tmp/poifiles
touch /tmp/poifiles/.dontdeleteonexitonnonuniquedirectories

Worked for me until the fix.
