Intersted to Translate!
Hello,
My name is Ameneh. I am a new contributor to OpenOffice and would like to
help to translate in Persian (Farsi). Could somebody please send me the
PO files for Persian?

No, they aren't there yet. We have many PO files available, but those
for "fa" (Persian/Farsi) are not available at the moment.
I've just created an issue so that Ameneh can stay up-to-date. Ameneh,
please read
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=122287
and put yourself in CC as described there (you will need to register,
using the link on the same page).
In a few days, likely next week, Juergen will upload the PO files for
"fa" and then you can start working. Please write a comment in the issue
page when you start working, so that we know someone is already doing
the work and we don't reassign files to other people.

The files for translations is here [1], do the download and translate,
after send for the list.
