Hi Supun,
My user id "*psaha4*" suddenly not working from yesterday. I am sure that I
have not forgotten the password.forget password link does not work, it says
"Failed to validate the given username"
Do you have access to unlock my user id so that I can use it?

I checked in my local PGA with my user credentials and I could successfully
login. I will create a new user and send you the credentials in a private
email.

Password resetting won't work for local PGA deployments. Were you able to
login at least once using your new credential?

I am talking about user id for PGA.
I am using my local pga , but i believe it uses the same credential
service. I have created a new one "pankajandsaha" and i am not sure what
went wrong, after logging out its has the same problem. When i am trying to
reset the password its sending an email to my gmail account but its getting
error out to PGA page when trying to set new password.
Could it be a problem with my local installation?
