Some of the newer developers to start working on the project have asked about the precise coding standards we use. I believe our standards are based on the google C++ guide (http://google-styleguide.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/cppguide.xml), but with a number of differences (e.g. our naming rules are different for variables, constants, functions, etc.) Those differences should be documented so that they can be referenced and enforced in code reviews.
