suggested addition to Win32 install notes
I had some difficulty getting subversion working on a WinNT
machine. The W32notes.txt file didn't contain enough information for
me to actually get Apache, WebDAV modules, and SVN working.
However, I did find an excellent tutorial on the web at
http://better-scm.berlios.de/subversion/Subversion-Win32-Installation-Guide.txt
What was of particular help was Step 4: Setting up a subversion.so
service. I suggest that this section (at the very least) be included
in the W32notes.txt file.

The tutorial is very good. However: -The installer will take care of this
(apache stuff) and I will commit the changes i a day or four.
I should have done this a long time ago, but lack of time have been my
big problem lately.

it also explains how to secure the server with ssl.
