[PATCH] mod_ldap -> LDAP connection and cache module

Hi all,

The original patch to apr-util of the apr_ldap routines has been split
in half. The binding-to-ldap-library and the v2-v3-compatibility stuff
has been placed in a patch and posted to the APR development list. This
code is the other half of the patch.

Once the apr-util stuff has been committed I'd like to commit this to
the httpd-2.0 tree unless there are any objections outstanding.

A documentation patch will follow after I've had some sleep :)
