public API changes: JMX classes

I am writing a functional spec for the coming JMX management and
monitoring features of Derby (Derby-1387). I need to describe any
potential changes to the public API of Derby.

Should JMX management and monitoring classes be exposed in the public
javadoc? The mentioned classes are managed beans and a new service
module for Derby.

Hi Ole,

Off the top of my head, the beans look like candidates for the public
javadoc.
