[CruiseControl] Problems of order for multiproject?

Hi,

I'm trying to use the cruisecontrol plugin on a multiproject project, so
that it generates a single cruisecontrol.xml file containing all the
projects. However it seems it is generating the project in the reversed
order (most dependent-upon project first whereas it should be less
dependent-upon projects first). The reason is that CC will put the project
in its build queue in the order in which they're defined in the config file.

Is that correct? Should I open a JIRA issue for this?
