I think I made a mistake. I mistakenly thought that `ftp` and `sftp` were the same services. But python binding 0.43.0 does not seem to support sftp.

Oh, sorry for that. I just found that `sftp` is not added in the `services-all` of python bindings since it doesn't have windows support.

We have fixed https://github.com/apache/incubator-opendal/issues/3736. I believe it should work for 0.44
