    Resolution: Fixed

Problem caused by an out-of-date ducc_base.pyc in the admin directory while the ducc_base.py in the bin directory had been fixed to return the short name for localhost.  The full name did not match any entries in the DB making stop_ducc --head think there were no head daemons to stop.  Fixed with rm admin/*pyc
