[I] add nested breadcrumb inheritance [maven-doxia-sitetools]

   ### New feature, improvement proposal
   
   currently, breadcrumbs are flat, even if menu items are nested
   
   example: https://maven.apache.org/repository/layout.html
   with current breadcrumb "Apache / Maven / Maven Repository Layout"
   
   from left menu, as humans, we can say that this doc's breadcrumb should be "Apache / Maven / Maven Repositories / Maven Central Repository / Maven Repository Layout"
