   In the function ImportCsvIntoRawTable.
   there is an error lost at NewCsvFileIterator.
   
   It allowed nil csvIter to continue work and panic in an unexpected place.
   
   ### What do you expect to happen
   
   catch and show the error.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   e2e test with data error cvs file.
