Issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-14833 brought a possibility to define different parser (instead of autodetect one). This solution should be refactored to more suitable (usable) way, by introducing the TikaParserProducer. (it should eliminate the need of of the extension of the TikaComponent)
