Sometimes Travis build fails in downloading jars. Now Travis build has 12 patterns of test and we don't have a permission to rebuild failed test. So we have to re-run all patterns by additional push or reopen pull request even if a part of test failed.

Maybe caching them makes Travis build stable and also decreases build time.
