Will CPR BD be down?

With the move from CPR to NPM, will registry.cordova.io be down at some
point? My gut feeling is yes but wanted to confirm.

Thanks

I would kill the `cordova plugin search` feature entirely.
There are much nicer ways to search for a plugin ...

I think we should re-consider our decision to make it read-only in July, since there is still a fair amount of update activity on the CPR. I'm guessing plugin developers continue to update CPR because older versions of CLI only supports CPR & newer versions support both CPR & NPM.

Removing publish capability from newer versions of plugman gives us a lot of benefit in upgrading our npm node module dependency.

New question
Will cordova plugin search still point to registry.cordova.io and then on
the REST APi will redirect to registry.npmjs.org ?
Or are we going to change the cordova cli to point directly to
registry.npmjs.org ?

I have a related question, we are shutting the REST API down, but we should
still have a Website on plugins.cordova.io to search and browse cordova
plugins that now uses data from npmjs right?
