   Hi @vieiro @sdedic @JaroslavTulach, @geertjanw ,@neilcsmith-net
As I can use the netbeans-vm, I created a live demo here, http://bits.netbeans.org/apidoctest/
I would appreciate review for the website, to see if this is usable, (not loosing info from previous apidoc system)
I try to unframe (because if we switch to jdk12 in the future frame are no more present) , add search.

As json contains all the Apache NetBeans Version it's easy to create a navbar to locate the current version of apidoc in the versions timeline. The data are taken from my local master branch, but I force a build using release90 data of the json to see if it works. (apichanges are not 9.0, but release date should match)
I remove the old oracle javadoc because we may have 404 issue and put a link to the bits.netbeans.org where I will later put the list here. (at least the last 8.2)

This build system will work on anybranch and we never have to care on apidoc date, apidoc stability.
This may ease a bit the release management, but I have no idea on how to take care of the BUNDLE file pointed in #1304 by @neilcsmith-net
