How to use Regular Expressions in JMeter

Hi,

Please advice me as to how to use regular expressions in JMeter. Also, i want to know the procedure used to load loginID (s) into a script from a source file.

I am creating functional test scripts using JMeter v2.2.

Detailed and relevant response is highly apppreciated.

  Thanks,
  Ashish.

other fixes compared with 2.1 which is rather old...
