- Related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-7974 which was closed in 4.5, hence may be regression

DNSmasq DNS and DHCP entries remain on VR after VMs have been deleted:
* /etc/dhcphosts for DHCP
* /etc/hosts for DNS

Reproduce by:
* Create multiple VMs on a network
* Check files mentioned above for correct entries
* Remove one VM
* Files above will still contain DHCP and DNS entries
