DERBY-4317: convert columnDefaults.sql to JUnit

This patch was contributed by Eranda Sooriyabandara (070468D at gmail dot com)

This patch converts the columnDefaults.sql test suite from the old Derby
harness into JUnit format. The initial conversion was performed using
the SQLToJUnit tool, and the remainder was converted by hand.

This patch removes the old columnDefaults.sql test and its master file and
properties file, and removes the test from the derbylang harness suite,
and adds the new ColumnDefaultsTest JUnit test to replace it.
