[jira] [Created] (HBASE-20550) Document about MasterProcWAL

Daisuke Kobayashi created HBASE-20550:
-----------------------------------------

             Summary: Document about MasterProcWAL
                 Key: HBASE-20550
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-20550
             Project: HBase
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: documentation
            Reporter: Daisuke Kobayashi

Lack of contents about MasterProcWAL even it has been present since 1.x release. I just did a small write-up and appreciate experts to review it.

Once thing I'm missing is: how to troubleshoot a case once the WAL file gets increased in size abruptly.
