clover dependencies in nightly build

I downloaded the latest Lucene build and lucene-core-nightly.jar seems to have some runtime dependencies on Clover. Is this intentional? This is a problem because clover is a commercial product. Is there any way to get a lucene-core .jar without the clover dependencies?
