there definitely are a few persistent BQ datasets. But I don't know what are all of them, so that's why I added this list of inclusions rather than a list of exclusions

@pabloem Apparently Jenkins does not have `jq` command available: https://ci-beam.apache.org/job/beam_CleanUpGCPResources/1/console
