enable upload in cocoon2.2.0
hy.
the online documentation cocoon.apache.org says:
this widget won't function properly unless enable-uploads is set to true in
WEB-INF/web.xml.
well, does the WEB-INF folder still exists, if yes, where, if not, how do
enable my application to use the upload widget in cocoon2.2.0
