[users@httpd] restart problem with PHP on an XP box

I've got 2.0 running on my XP box just fine. Until I tried adding PHP last 
night.

Now I get the following on the error log when the line

LoadModule php4_module E:\local\PHP\sapi\php4apache2.dll

is present in the conf file

threads to exit.
[Tue Dec 14 20:55:03 2004] [notice] Child 2332: All worker threads have exited.
[Tue Dec 14 20:55:03 2004] [notice] Child 2332: Child process is exiting


If I do a test config from the console there are no messages. Have double 
checked the path... and this PHP on this Apache had been working before I 
reinstalled the OS recently.

Kind of stuck here.
