[jira] [Closed] (INFRA-9034) Sqoop git repository is missing commits after the transition to new host

    Resolution: Fixed

Ok,

So I have re-run the rsync script against your repo. This means the two hosts are now in agreement with each other.

I am sorry about this, it seems that for some reason the sqoop git repo had some off permissions on disk which caused my rsync to barf on the copy but not kill it.

For your peace of mind I am running the script again more verbosely, (in dry-run/no-op mode) to capture any issues. These will be fixed too if any exist.

> I’ve noticed that we are missing several commits in our repositories. For example here is top of the “trunk” branch on ASF [1] where last commit is from 2014-12-18. Here [2] is mirror of the official repository that for the same branch have last commit from 2015-01-06.
> Is this expected? Should we move to a different host?
