Run MiniKdc in a terminal and then press Ctrl-C:

The reason for "Fail to delete krb5 conf" is because MiniKdc renames SimpleKdcServer's krb5 conf file. During shutdown, SimpleKdcServer attempts to delete its krb5 conf file, and can not find it.
