[ANNOUNCE] New PMC member: Roushan Kumar
The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache XTable
is delighted to announce that Roushan Kumar has joined the PMC!
Roushan made major contributions to catalog sync implementations
for Delta HMS, Delta Glue, Iceberg HMS, and Iceberg Glue, along with
several other bug fixes.
The PMC - Project Management Committee - manages and guides the
direction of the project, and is responsible for inviting new
committers and PMC members to steward the longevity of the project.

Hi Vinish,
Roushan is already part of the PPMC [1] so no additional grant is needed.
Note that for contributions via GitHub it is necessary to link the ASF
with the GitHub account [2].

Can you give Roushan write access to the repo as he's part of the PMC? We
have few PR's backlogged on being merged.
