   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   Add a reset-offset preview step before applying Consumer Group offset resets in RocketMQ Studio.
   
   The preview shows the target queue offsets, current/projected lag, offset deltas, and replay/skip risks before the destructive reset action is enabled. Apache instances get queue-level target offset calculation, while cloud providers keep a limited current-lag preview so the existing reset capability is not blocked when the vendor API does not expose target offset lookup.
   
   ## Brief changelog
   
   - Add a Consumer Group reset-offset preview API.
   - Compute Apache queue-level reset impact with min/max offsets, target offsets, projected lag, and risk warnings.
   - Add limited preview support for cloud providers based on current group progress.
   - Require users to preview reset impact before confirming the reset in the Consumer Group page.
   - Cover the controller, metadata service, Apache admin client, cloud provider fallback, frontend API/service, and Consumer page workflow with focused tests.
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   - `mvn -Dtest=ConsumerGroupControllerTest,MetadataServiceTest,RocketMQAdminClientImplTest,AliyunInstanceProviderTest,TencentInstanceProviderTest test`
