Hi, Regina,

I agree that more than an 's' is needed. "Rectangle Tool" (without the 
"box") would do as well, and is shorter.

Great eye. Subtle but important.

in the editor, other toolbars can be created by dragging a drop down menu
off the drawing toolbar.

Other tools, such as CorelDRAW, call the rectangle a rectangle "tool", and
the toolbar, a rectangle "toolbar". Their use of "tool" and "toobar" is
consistent across all commands.

In our case, we imply "tool", but the relationship is the same.

To be consistent in our naming and to reinforce the expected outcome of the
customization, the instructional text in the customize dialog describing
the command, and the resulting command's pop up help should align.

Perhaps we could call them "toolbars". It's verbose, but explicit. Example:
Rectangle Toolbar, Curve Toolbar, etc.

Note the instructional text in the customize dialog describing the toolbar
command for each of the objects should be updated as well.
