It's branch time! (Re: 3.0 branch to trunk?

Consensus seems to be that it is time to move 3.0 to trunk.

Unless somebody raises a serious object (or wants to do the work),
I'll do the branch/merge work tomorrow morning (eastern time).

This work has been completed. The trunk is now Roller 3.0
