Hi [~wpaetzold],

The ASF has made certain that only those with committer privileges have write access to the gitbox repos. But are we certain that the majority of our community (those without such privileges) can submit PullRequests to our repos there?

If not, IMO, we should not advertise the gitbox repos as the prime goto point for forking and cloning.
