Re: [I] Extend DELETE API endpoints to support partitioned asset events [airflow]

We hit the same gap on Airflow 3.3.1 after reprocessing upstream assets: partitions that only received part of their required events (e.g. 1/13 or 13/117) stay `pending` forever and the DAG list shows "N pending Dag runs" in the schedule column, which is misleading. `delete-dag-queued-events` / `DELETE /dags/{dag_id}/assets/queuedEvents` returns nothing to delete since `AssetDagRunQueue` is empty; the pending partitions are only visible via the internal `/ui/partitioned_dag_runs` endpoint and can't be cleared via the public API or `airflowctl`. +1 for the proposed `partition_key` support (ideally also a "delete all pending partitions for this Dag" option).
