is WSS4J deprecated? (no files changed in last 30 days)

hello

I checked cvsstats at wss4j website and I found that no files were 
changed in last 30 days.
Is the project deprecated, moved somewhere else, other project took over 
wss4j responsibilities, or maybe wss4j is stable and mature enoguh so 
that it does not have to be touched so often?
