Binary release has hard coded values in .la files

The .la files have hard coded folder values.
e.g.:
# Directory that this library needs to be installed in:
libdir='/home/sahan/release/0.90/axis2c-0.90/lib'
Deleting the .la fies seem to solve the problems caused by these hard coded values.
Next release must fix this problem

Resolution: Fixed
Assign To: Samisa Abeysinghe (was: Sanjaya Ratnaweera)
I removed the .la fiels before making the release for 0.91 release. So this should be fixed in this release. However this has to be an action to be rememberd in future releaases. Hence I will include this in the release process at http://wiki.apache.org/ws/FrontPage/Axis2C/releases
