[jira] Reopened: (INFRA-3263) Migrate XML Commons from Bugzilla to JIRA

Michael Glavassevich reopened INFRA-3263:
-----------------------------------------

Looks like everything was migrated over correctly, but I seem to be locked out from editing the project and see no "Administer Project" link on the XMLCommons JIRA project page like I do for Xerces-J. Guessing no one else has privileges to edit (e.g. add new releases, new project members, etc...) either. Can you add me (mrglavas@ca.ibm.com) to the project as an administrator? Or is there some other way I'm supposed to do this?

Thanks.

> XML Commons has moved from the XML Project to the Xerces Project. All of the other Xerces sub-projects use JIRA for issue tracking and XML Commons should too now that it's part of the Xerces TLP. A discussion of the migration plan is archived here: http://markmail.org/message/u2762hmlo3vsit7y
> Please migrate the XmlCommons Product in ASF Bugzilla to JIRA. The project key should be "XML Commons".
> All of the existing Bugzilla issues should be migrated over.
> E-mail notifications should go to commons-dev@xml.apache.org until our list is migrated to xml-commons-dev@xerces.apache.org (see INFRA-3262)
> Please make me the administrator of the JIRA project (mrglavas@ca.ibm.com, mrglavas@apache.org)
> Create and search for XML Commons issues in Bugzilla should be disabled.
> Thanks.
