[jira] [Created] (UIMA-2533) Automatic type priority detection
Richard Eckart de Castilho created UIMA-2533:
------------------------------------------------
Summary: Automatic type priority detection
Key: UIMA-2533
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-2533
Project: UIMA
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Sandbox-uimafit
Reporter: Richard Eckart de Castilho
uimaFIT supports automatically detecting types and index definitions in the classpath, but doesn't support such a mechanism for type priorities.
This causes some inconvenience when running TextMarker in an uimaFIT pipeline (cf. [1]) because the simple create*(Class component, Object... params) factory methods cannot be used.
