CYGWIN with Apache-2.0

Hi

I have tried to compile httpd-2.0 on windoze box with cygwin.
I have noted that ar files are produced instead dso. (and that libtool (1.4.2)
tells he is doing it).

How can I get httpd-2.0 with dso support on cygwin?
