Hi!

Could you guys please set up svngit2jira for Apache Commons Functor component, please? I have already asked in the dev-list [1] and there were no objections.

The component JIRA name is FUNCTOR, and the project source code is hosted in svn. It would be great if you could set it up to monitor something like FUNCTOR-$ISSUE_ID, please.
