new way instead of Flash

Hello,

I hope I remember in the right way that Maxim told in one of his mails 
(in the past) that he implemented a new way to connect camera and 
microphone.
After I implemented the connection by https it is the way over Adobe-Flash.
How I can change to test the "new way"?

The work on new WebRTC version has not been started
