[jira] [Commented] (AIRFLOW-3256) Airflow doesn't run the
executions in the correct order
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRFLOW-3256?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16751333#comment-16751333 ]
Cooper Gillan commented on AIRFLOW-3256:
----------------------------------------
The two runs that you showed are ordered by the execution_date. The {{2018-10-25 03:00:00}} run was kicked at 6AM on that date. The {{2018-10-25 04:55:03}} appears to have been manually kicked at that same time. The ordering is by {{execution_date}} and not when each run was kicked.
Does that make sense?

> I have created a DAG with 'max_active_runs'.
> But for some reason I see two executions of the same DAG.
> Also the 6:00 execution appears before the 4:45 execution.
> Any ideas ?
