Joe Bowser resolved CB-2240.
----------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

We only have one <preference> that actually does anything at the moment. However, the file does exist.

> We have a guide that is titled "Project Settings". It has a single link to iOS documentation that lists out the available {{<preference>}} tags on iOS, for use with an application's {{config.xml}}.
> Android should follow suite and document the preferences available on that platform. Looks like, by default, Android projects get created with two {{<preference>}} tags: {{useBrowserHistory:true}} and {{exit-on-suspend:false}}. If there are more, we should document those too.
