[PR] HIVE-27767 : Copy more data into HIVE_LOCKS for better supportability [hive]

### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
There is some information like ERROR_MESSAGE needs to copy to HIVE_LOCKS . It would help with supportability if HIVE_LOCKS (and especially the view of it in the SYS database) also contained this information.
### Why are the changes needed?
SHOW LOCKS can display what the failed lock was blocked on.
We are trying to include it in the error since Show Locks info will disappear once the "blocked on" lock is released. This PR is prerequisite for this

NO
### Is the change a dependency upgrade?
NO
### How was this patch tested?
manually and with q file tests
