Missing changelogs?

Is it correct for these pages not to contain the changelogs?

For instance look at 
http://www.groovy-lang.org/changelogs/changelog-2.4.0.html#changelog

There's indeed something wrong, my guess is that it is directly related 
to the migration to Apache issues. I will take a look.
