Setting up a new parent POM (Was: [VOTE] Create the JCR Commons subproject)

That's a good point, and I agree that we should go that way. I'll be
setting up the new parent POM (as described in JCRSITE-1) in a
separate svn subtree rooted at .../asf/jackrabbit/parent.
