   Hey @gerardo , can you also write a document on how can one build the docker image locally. Previously there was instruction on the README file which is removed as part of this PR. This will help people to manage airflow images in their own image repositories as well build images in their own CI/CD set-up without the need to install tools like `kind` etc.
