Jukka Zitting resolved JCR-1746.
--------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
Fixed repository-1.4.dtd in revision 697418.
Curiously, this fix had already been included in the repository-1.5.dtd copy when it was added in revision 638409, as part of JCR-1472!
