Roller pausing Tomcat 5.5.4

Dear all,

 Roller is pausing Tomcat 5.5.4

I removed roller from Tomcat / webapp.  Tomcat started fine. I then
changed roller.properties to disable ping and trackback and etc and then
copied the roller in Tomcat/webapp again........ And guess what...
Tomcat started ... but gave exception...

I am running roller 1.2 on Centos 3.4 having postgres as backend with
tomcat 5.5.4

Basically I managed to run TOMCAT again. But Roller is giving an error. 

Acc to exception: this is database error. But I have not changed any
username and password on my postgres.  Any help will be great.

P.S. Dave, Anil and Matt: ( I tried sending email to roller-user but it
came back with errors and hence I am sending again and I am doing CC to
u guys. )

Any help will be great.
