*STR*:
- Install IOP 4.2.0
- Upgrade Ambari 2.5.2
- Register HDP 2.6.2
- Install version
- Upgrade does not begin with warning about service checks
- I tried to run a service check which never happened, on looking at the dev console noticed that we are continuously hitting persist call.
