Bug reporting for Xalan now available

I just created projects in Bugzilla for:

	Xalan-C
	Xalan-J

These are in addition to the existing projects:

	Xerces-C
	Xerces-J
	FOP
	Cocoon

I'd suggest that the leads for each project be the first ones to add bugs, so please give them a few
days to add in any existing bugs that they've been saving up.

Bugzilla is generally available at:

	http://xml.apache.org/bugs

Have fun!
Mike
